This is exactly what we need, unfortunately there is a "diesel-like smell" in the foam so we can't use it unless we get rid of it.

Sitting on the couch right now. 12 hours after rotator cuff surgery. So glad I bought this particular set of cushions! I am curled up on the couch with ice and they feel amazing.
