Really nice chairs, very sturdy and durable. To avoid the wobble I've seen in some reviews, don't tighten the screws in place, it's best to have someone sit on them before tightening. That way there will be no wobble. I'm very happy with the price and quality of the chairs. And they look like they would go with my desk.

We bought six of these chairs and a bench. They were fairly easy to assemble and they didn't get damaged in shipping. It's important to follow the instructions and not tighten all the bolts until the chairs are assembled. Once assembled, I tighten the screws slightly and have my wife sit on the chairs before I tighten the screws again. I had to loosen and tighten a few screws repeatedly to get them in place. That way we were able to get them all level. The only problem we had with leveling was the bench - it wouldn't level - it didn't adjust enough. We were able to live with it though - if you sat on it, you couldn't feel the uneven height. We did level the floor before installing it so we would have a flat surface to place the chairs on. The chairs are heavy and seem to be well made. I'm guessing it's not heirloom quality because it's a veneer on the real wood, but for the price, it should last a long time since we don't have kids around, just my wife and I.

bought this item and the color and size are perfect. I want to exchange it because one of the backs is damaged. costway doesn't seem to have customer service. I submitted a request for an exchange and received an email for a refund and return. I will not request a refund or disassemble an already assembled chair. Please tell me, the chair I received has a damaged back, can I exchange it?
