Perfect for my home office

This unit is perfect for my 10 x 15 home office. It is quiet, even with the compressor on and won't effect my telephone calls. I live in Florida and it cools the room very effectively. I purchased a unit, it arrived in perfect condition, and I couldn't be more pleased with the unit and the savings.

The Best Air Conditioner on the market

I was amazed at how easy the setup was for this air conditioner. The only problem I had with it was that it needs an outdoor escape route and the only way I could accommodate for that was by keeping my main window open like all year. Other than that, it is a highly effective air conditioner and I highly recommend!

Small unit. Louder than expected. Arrived with broken window insert.

I ordered this unit based on its small footprint, as it fits better in between furniture, but the large tube in the rear sticks straight out, so there is no gain in floor space.

- The water bucket doesn't fill. After about one cup of water is collected, the machine starts beeping and wakes us up at night. The machine indicates it is full, but there is very little water in it. Can this be fixed or do we need to return? It is still under warranty. This item was a gift.
