Really love this for the price. It worked great when I was texturing my ceiling, though I would advise getting a 45 degree attachment for the hoper from a local hardware store (that makes it easier to spray on ceilings). No complaints, but make sure you clean out the handle itself when washing the unit out...I forgot to do that and ended up with dried mud in the machine (my won fault, nothing against the design itself and it was easy enough to clean). Just make sure to practice on a sheet of cardboard or something before doing the wall..it comes out fast and you want to make sure the the pattern is as you expect :)

Makes doing your own texture easy and quick

Makes doing your own texture easy and quick. Hopper is of a good size for the smaller wall areas. Making air line connectors work with my hose setup was the only challenge. Spraying ceiling was a learning experience but all one needs to do is keep the hopper full, then you can tilt the sprayer a decent amount. Make sure to mask off everything that does not get textured as the spray gets everywhere.

Easy to use and does the job.

I used this to put an orange peel finish on a basement room. It did a great job on both walls and ceilings. It’s a good idea to practice on some scraps and watch YouTube videos before starting. Cleanup is quick using a soft brush and water. The handle on the hopper fills up and is more difficult to clean, putting duct tape over the holes solves the problem.
