This is the stable step that I needed. Its length, width, and adjustable heights are perfect for my workouts. I was using a very unstable step stool before, making due with what I had. I do not regret spending a little bit of money to invest in this piece of workout equipment!
Great physical therapy at home
Needed to continue with pbysical therapy while traveling. Works well. Takes a load of 300 plus pounds. Sturdy. I still have someone by when I use for balance safety. Our trips are in the car. Can easily pull out at night as part of my nightly routine.
It doesn't slide. It's safe
I love doing a lot of exercise with this super cute padded step. Even though it is the lowest level from the ground, it looks easy, actually the process of movement will be very tiring, I can swap jump up and down, it is still stable, no sliding, which makes me feel very reassured.
