Looked around for something my mom could use when travelling and walking around but not something to bog her down. There were several options but this company had good reviews on customer service so I went with them. Just received the product today so my review will be solely based on appearance, weight, and I may touch on stability and comfort. Upon opening the box, the package was neatly packaged, as you will see in the picture. It was well sealed. When you pull the product out, attached, by zip tie, is a plastic bag with 3 additional rubber caps and an instruction manual. By the handle, the red seat cover is wrapped. The handle is made of a nice soft touch rubber which would allow one to get a good grip on the cane while walking. The light at the end of the handle is a nice touch too. I went through each screw to make sure nothing is lose, making sure that the product is safe to use. Not only that nothing was out of place, I was impressed at how I did not find a single sharp edge on (top, underneath, around) the product. No sharp edge on the aluminum parts, the plastic parts and no extra pieces on the rubber parts. I would truly say that this is worth every penny for how the manufacturer’s quality check made sure they send out a good, quality item. This thing is super light. Carrying it around while walking shouldn’t cause fatigue. Even though it is light, it is sturdy enough to keep one stable during their walks. When sitting, definitely make sure to aim center of gravity for stability. For the little time it tried sitting on it, it was comfortable enough. I would say that it would do the job I had purchased it for. All in all, I am happy with this purchase.

PreviewI Love This Folding Seat Cane
Lightweight. Easy to change from cane to seating. Just exactly what I needed to provide seating when standing in line as I have Orthostatic Hypotension and my blood pressure drops significantly when I am standing up. It took me a bit to figure out how to install the two AA batteries to make the built-in light in the handle work. It was not addressed in the User’s Manual. You simply unscrew the black on/off button and insert the two AA batteries. The height of the cane/seat is adjustable as well . And the velvet seat cover is a nice touch! Also comes with a set of three rubber replacement ends for the seat legs. This cane to seating tool is great. Thank you.
