Great for Certain Body Types

Works well for me. I am 5ft 6in and 215 lbs so you can say I am wide. It was a bit narrow for me and felt as though my shoulders were a bit off the padding. When doing hamstring work I found myself to be too long and the hinge was not very smooth. If you are on a budget or have a small frame, this should be fine for you.

A very good bench for the home but too short for people ...

A very good bench for the home but too short for people 6' or taller. I'm 6'3" and my head hangs off the end if I don't scoot all the way down towards the leg pads. Good quality overall though.
