Item arrived well-packed in styrofoam lined box, individual items wrapped in foam sheets, hardware in plastic bags, all marked (with two exceptions), no shortages or damages. Assembly instructions are entirely by sketches and unless you know how to read drawings, this may be challenging for some. Where unclear or in doubt, use common sense and it will work out. In my view the instructions should be in a better sequence: 1-2-3-5-6-4-8-9-7-10. Reason: side shelf item 2 (instr 4) interferes with assembly of main frame and can more easily be done after instr 5-6; all fittings that go against underside of large leaf should be installed when the leaf can still be laid flat on the ground, installing item 14 (instr 7) may interfere with that, therefore better done after instr 8&9. Note: Desk support item 13 is shown fitted to two holes in the top of the frame, but there are only holes on the vertical inside. Fitted well and no problem getting the leaf in any angle. Also there is no instruction how to adjust the leaf, found this out by trial and error (always go to extreme top position and you can then lower to required setting.

I like my drafting table for several reasons. It was as represented. I use it as a drawing table. I am older and I assembled it without any help.
