Best Ab Machine Ever.

I purchased this Ab Trainer around April 2nd 2019. Best decision ever. I researched and reviewed for one week. This really works your abdominal core and arms amazing. I am 63 weight around 125 after losing 15lbs and needed to tighten my stomach and arms. Easy to assemble. I did it in 20 minutes. I tried it on easy at first 3 days. 3 sets of 10 reps. Now i increased to 25 reps. In less than one week i am now on hard setting. 10 reps 3 sets. I am all in baby. I love this machine. Good luck.

Sure gives a good workout.

Quick and easy to assemble. Easy to adjust and use. Upper handles move a little bit while using but not enough to concern me. Otherwise it's a good machine for a very reasonable price. It really gives a good core workout and also shoulders and upper legs. You may not feel it right away but in a day or so you will know it was working.

Very easy to assemble. Awesome for Core is kind of hard at the begging. Just baby steps. Try 25 every day and keep increasing. I really like the count screen of your abs

Good basic equipment.

It is good for the money. It has been very reliable and sturdy for a 130 pound woman. It gives me a little cardio and targets the quads and glutes. I had to add a weighted vest to feel like it is doing something for me. It doesn't replace a stairmaster , but I am satisfied with it. It allows me to workout at home when I do not want to drive to gym and it doesn't take much room and is light weight.

I gave 4 stars because the box that exercise machine came in was opened and ruined. The machine wasn't ruined though,that being said some bolts (1 or 2) were missing so I just bought new ones and it works just as good. Easy Assembly. The counter screen works well. I can feel the machine working on my abs. I would recommend this machine if you wanna work out at home and you want something that's cheap but effective.
