Great Set...Great Price...and Great Communication and Customer Service!
Let’s be real! Having an inground pool requires one also to have nice patio furniture. We looked around and after extensive research, settled on a set on Amazon from NiceSoul. As usual, the ordering process was easy, but then, that’s when NiceSoul’s great customer service and communication stepped in. We received communication to ensure that what we ordered was what we wanted, and after verifying that, Rachel with NiceSoul continually communicated with us. She sent a message through Amazon with the tracking numbers for the boxes containing our patio set. And thankfully, she notified us that our set could come in different shipments, which they did, but we were prepared and had no worries. Our entire set arrived earlier than first anticipated and did not delay the set-up by the Amazon Home Services team. Once the set was put together, we were simply amazed by how comfortable, well-designed, and well-built the entire set is. Even with shipping and the set-up costs, we still saved at least $1500.00 on what a similar set we saw at a local store would have cost us. If you are looking for furniture for your lanai or patio, we recommend you check out the sets from NiceSoul!

We really enjoy the furniture set on our pool deck. Used for 2 years now and still like new. Love love the storage when the season is over for the winter it's amazing!!

Wow! Searched for months for the perfect outside porch set never thinking that expectations would be met. This set was stumbled upon haphazardly as the exhaustive search was ending & so glad that it was! Each piece Exceeds Expectations... It arrived quicker than expected (over a period of 3 days), & was incredibly easy to unpack, follow the directions to assemble & set up. It took time since every piece of hardware had to be installed by an allen wrech, but it is worth every moment of the several hours. It was definitely worth it! Thank you, could not be happier w/this quality furniture purchase!
