I absolutely love this electric slicer! I ordered it mainly to slice the homemade Italian prosciutto. Chili and bresaola. It is done very easily and perfectly. It also solved the problem of buying an unsliced Danish rye bread from a baker - I can use this slicer to slice easily. The slices are then stored in the refrigerator until needed. The slicer will not be too heavy. Easy to move. But sturdy. Can be cleaned very quickly. It is also very easy to install. Suitable for any meat. cheese. bread.
