Because my boy, when he gets excited, tends to pull the train up and may fall. But my neighbor, who has kids like 6, has no problem and enjoys it a lot. When I first received the package it was well packaged. The assembly process was very straightforward, it took me 5 minutes to put together the train wheels and connect the tracks pieces. My son loved the train sounds and he enjoyed riding on it. The storage under the seat is a big plus, we can store his toys there.
