02/19/2022The whole reason for buying this was for the remote control! It doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t move the car forward and backwards. The instructions were not helpful at all! Something this electrical should come already assembled!! Currently sitting in the garage not being used because the remote doesn’t work.

Realistic Looking Car
01/03/2022This is the coolest looking car. I purchased this for my grandkids for Christmas and they have had the best time playing with it. It does not come assembled, so you do have to put a good number of pieces together, but my husband was able to do this pretty easily. There's not a very detailed instruction manual, so this might make it harder for someone who is not very handy. We were happy with the numerous features that the car provides, especially the remote control. This allows the parents/grandparents to drive younger children around without worry of them crashing into something. We have even let the kids drive it around the house, it does not do as well on hardwood but does well on carpet. I would say that is does best/is really made to be driven around outside on grass or concrete. This has been a great little purchase and was a hit for Christmas!

Nice concept but underpowered
01/01/2022The car is beautiful and has many features including a microphone and music and my kid loves it. But the car struggles to move even with a fresh battery. I bought a few more batteries and a different charger but even with that, it struggles to ride as it should. Once the battery has been in used for about 5 min, then the steering does not fully turn or struggles to steer fully, left to right or vs. When you press forward, it takes a while for it to react and start moving and if you let go just a tad on the remote, it stops fully, killing it's momentum. And it takes another while to start going again. I really like the looks and the features but 6v/motor combination may be too little power for it. Looking to buy something else that has more power.

- Q:when u press the gas it doesn?t go it takes like a min to start movingA:Here is instruction on how to change the start speed, manual mode: there are 3 different speed mode of the car, and you can find switch on the dash board, they are 1, 2, 3. please adjust it to 3. then when you press the pedal, it can start faster. Remote mode: please press the left side button on the remote twice. then you can adjust it to 3..
Costway representative - Q:We already assembly the car and charged it. Everythimy works (doors, music, lights, swing), except it doesn't advance or retreat. Whenever we try with the remote, it doesn't move forward or backwards. If we push the clutch it makes like a click sound in the front. Is this normal?A:Does neither manual mode nor the remote control move forward or backwards? Please check if the plug on the motherboard under the head cover of the car dorps off. Please pull the wire out and plug it in. .
Costway representative - Q:We charged the battery for 12 hrs and the car came on for 1 min and now is not coming on any more.A:1.First adjust the plug under the car according to the video below and plug in the charger to charge. If it can be started while charging, but cannot be started after charging is unplugged, check whether the battery plug is inserted tightly. What can be the issue?A:If the motor on the back wheel makes clicking sound, but wheel not turn under remote and manual mode, the motor wheel may be installed wrongly. The motor wheel is with a gear on the middle and this wheel needs to be installed at the side where a plum blossom shaped part is located .
