I thought the product looked used, as the foundation had rusted looking spots and some of them were the wrong color. The shipping box was also damaged. The customer service team resolved my issue right away and they look absolutely great ! The quality of these posts are top notch. I will be reusing these for more special events in the future and would recommend to anyone interested. Great buy!

I am happy with this and paired with the red carpet I brought also from amazon the final look turned out great.What I was not happy about is that the product pieces look like someone brought them used them and returned them.What I did not post a pic of was a few of the bases has this sticky stuff that look like it was set in hay. There were some scratches dents and nicks. Once I finished putting the product together I was happy with the outcome. The cover do hide the messiness but some of the covers do have some scratches / dents/ nicks on it as well but its not real bad. Overall it was a good price for the money and I am planning to buy another set from the same seller.
