The unit is sturdy and easy to use, including the remote. All together, it functions well. Be warned that the humidifier did not arrive for 2 1/2 weeks because it shipped from China, not a distribution center. Distilled water must be used, or else the ultrasound speaker/mister must be cleaned every three weeks with oxalic carbonate mono hydrate ( hard water film cleaner). Do not scratch the mister. There is apparently an activated charcoal filter which was not listed; nor identified as replaceable; nor the cost of replacement. These issues should have been identified and addressed before purchase.

Love the fact it came with a Remote. Really great for the winter. The water tank is alittle heavy but it holds a lot.

I’m not a heavy humidifier user, I needed this during a persistent chronic sinus and dry nose infection last year. I got what I needed out of it. Thought it was a little expensive, instruction ( very little) were a little confusing and there is no customer service. It took me a little while to understand the remote but that could be just me. I liked the dual head for direction and used the heat only when I wanted to steam my nose haven’t used since but was glad I purchased it when I needed help getting my sinus issue resolved
