First, I was so impressed with the quick delivery! I ordered this for my son’s birthday 3 weeks in advance thinking it would take a while to come in, it was here within a few days of ordering! I was wondering if the wattage requirements are flexible on this product? I understand the recommended wattage is 750w, however i see many commercial grade blowers on the market with less wattage which state that they can handle a medium bouncy castle.

We do not recommend that because it will affect the air pressure and load bearing. The 750w blower has better inflation effect. If you really want to choose the lower wattage blower, 480W is also acceptable.

Is it normal that the air is coming out almost at ever part of this product?

Please do not worry about it, it is normal. Since the blower has to keep blowing during use, these holes were designed in advance to release excess air and prolong the life of the castle so that the castle will not be broken, and it's not a matter of workmanship or material.

I noticed that the air escapes from the seams in these two red poles. Is that normal? Also just noticed that the air escapes where the yellow seam stops around this velcro attachment.

The item is made of Oxford cloth and auto-threading by machine so there are some needle hole or air leakage which is normal and doesn't affect normal usage. At the same time, the blower must be working all the time to keep air constantly charged in. The air leakage is also to maintain the stability of the internal air pressure.
