I purchased 1 of these suckers slapped it together in 20 minutes and said "well... these other reviews no speaka da truth" so i went ahead and purchased a second one to put some Fung shway in my living room. Couldnt be happier. Since I'm hip to tape measurers and reading product descriptions properly i was able to find a seperate shelf that fit just right square off in the middle leaving an 8th inch gap on either side between the wall. I would highly recommend this

Although I’m definitely not a carpenter and I’m directionally challenged, my daughter put this together and it took her a few hours. Snack, movie and a drink. Solid piece of furniture, came out well and bigger than expected!

Its big and solid.
Dragging the box through the house was at least a two person job. Putting this thing together was a chore. Not the worst, not bippity boppoty boo either. It's bigger in real life than it looks like in the picture. It's built from some very thick particle board. I expect it to wear well and take a load. Particularly good for a piece of furniture in this price range. I like the color which is as advertised.

Finally installed, it is easy to put together. but it is heavy too . For me it’s a versatile organizer storage bookshelf. a lot of space . it has 6 cubes and 4 open spaces. at the bottom I am going to put the box, the middle spaces can put books and documents . open spaces i can put some decorations and small plants. it will definitely make my room neat and beautiful.

Ladder Bookshelves
I really like the bookshelf. I love the look of it and and the size. It looks great in my room and is plenty strong to hold books, etc. Even though the it’s not real wood (it’s particle board) the shelves are very sturdy and thick. My only complaint is the round screws used to attach and secure the shelves together are a pain! (Pictured) It’s difficult to really “tighten” the boards together. I had trouble making them fit snug without a gap. (Pictured) It’s not like a regular screw where you can keep screwing it in to tighten it. You can only really screw it once to have the open area connect around the peg. Other than that, the “picture” instructions were adequate and the boards are all labeled. I’m glad I bought it.

Lots of space
I was looking for something like a table or shelf to put my room accessories on and this cubic ladder shelf was perfect. The shelf is made of sturdy wood and looks very appealing in my room. It also doesn’t take up as much space as I thought. I can see a lot of things being placed on it in the future, like plants, figures, clothes, and many more. Very good shelf and the price was very worth it.

Great quality and easy to construct!
The quality of the product seems great. It's heavy which is good, meaning it won't easily tip over even tho it comes with anti tipping straps. The instructions are easy to follow. It took me a long time to put it together alone. Would be alot easier with two people. I recommend using a ratchet wrench if you have one over the allen wrench provided.
