Bang for the buck!
The reflector does exactly what it's supposed to do. I don't notice any air leaking but the hooks that flip to seal the glass are not that strong so I could see how there could be an issue with air sealing on some. One thing I am impressed with is the uniformity if light. I have a umol sensor and par is very consistent throughout my 3x3 tent. For the price I expected less. Very satisfied!

Pretty good for the price
Pretty good for the price. Not 100% sealed, but a little tape will solve that. Sleek looking & compact. Perfect for 600w bulbs.

High quality, built well
The glass is flat and suctions evenly against the steel hood creating a nice vacuum, cooling the bulb extremely well. My only gripe lies in the light spread - it is pretty directional (think beam me up, Scotty) - however that's no fault of this product. I would've been better served by a wider/flatter hood. Still, all and all this is a fantastic hood.

works for what I need it to do. smaller unit makes cooling of light heat much better.
