Can you please tell me how to acquire parts/service information? My refrigerator has stopped working after warranty and it seems to be the control panel or the compressor.
-
We do not sell the parts separately at the moment. We will inform you if we expand this business.

Hello, Is there a way to bypass the battery protection device other than the medium/low setting? I am connected to a Yeti, goal zero battery which is separate than my vehicle battery and would rather run it down to zero than have the fridge turn off. Thank you,
-
No,there is not a way to do that.

I have been enjoying my fridge for over a year now and it works great. Holds temps well and travels well as long as it has plenty of breathing room. However, the DC plug broke. Where can I purchase a replacement DC chord for the car?
-
We are sorry that we don't sell the part in single according to our policy. Could you please try to buy it in local shop? We will inform you if we expand this business. Hope you can understand.

Why does the manual recommend "Your unit requires good ventilation, especiall around the back of the refrigerator"? Except for the fan grills in the back the entire unit is sealed hard plastic. I have more than 100mm (4 inches) clearence on the fan grills. A competitor even sells a wrap around insulation blanket that adds insuation to all surfaces except the fan grills. Your product fits exactly in that blanket. I just finished a trip in a hot summer and taped some thin insulation on the pastic sufaces, of course leaving the fan grills uncovered. It seems to reduce the run time. The floor of my van under the unit showed signs of condesation because the unit was cooling the floor. That seems a waste of energy. Why do you not recommend insulating the hard plastic sufaces to save energy? Thank you for your answer.

what does Er 1 indicate?
-
Er 1 indicates module input undervoltage protection The solution is when using the adapter power supply, kindly note: replace the adapter; when using car power supply: 1. Adjust the voltage protection switch to medium or low level; and, if the voltage protection switch is still displaying the fault code, it means that the battery voltage of the car is seriously insufficient, and the battery needs to be charged or replaced.
