great product but be aware it might not work when you get it
After I received the product and simply assembled the handles, the lift pump doesn't work. No matter how many times I step it, the lift doesn't raise at all. I thought I received a defect item. I was just about to return it before I searched the comments here. Someone mentioned to adjust the fine tuner. I decided to give it a try and it worked! The red circle in the picture indicates the screw I lose for about 2 rounds. It feels a very stable lift although I haven't get a chance to use it yet.

Great lifting device for heavy items
My wife wanted something that she could load the bags of water softener salt from her car trunk and wheel into the garage where the water softener units are. This unit did the trick and I find I can use it as an adustable platform to do work from.

Perfect lift table for my needs. Used it to lower an engine/transmission assembly out the bottom of a car. Of course after removing the subframe.
