These chairs fold into 3 different positions on the leg part. They also are able to move back and forth from sitting straight up to laying all the way down on the upper part of the chair. They are heavy enough to sit down in the water without floating. They are very comfortable and everyone loves them.

Use this on my deck. Very comfortable and sturdy. I'm about 205lbs. Not sure how the seat would hold up for someone 240+. I will buy a pad though. Excellent value, some like this are double the price.
