I was impressed when this coffee table arrived, to say the least. Even with it being entirely glass, it felt sturdy and weighty, and made with care. We were very excited for this table in the first place, as our living room doesn't provide a lot of space between the couch and TV. It's large enough in surface area to be useful, but the glass doesn't crowd the eye in our space. Plus, the rounded edges save all of our legs from bangs and bruises! Needless to say, we're very happy with this item.

Thumbs up for this coffee table. I bought it last fall after my ex and I separated and he moved out of our house. He took the old sofa and coffee table for his new place and I treated myself to new living room furniture. Here's to new beginnings!Anyway, about the table. The glass is thick and the table is heavy, go it doesn't slide when my large, boisterous dogs wrestle and bump into it or when I accidentally slam the vacuum cleaner into it while vacuuming fur off the area rug. My kids and their friends haven't scratched it or cracked it despite their less-than-delicate treatment of the table. Tempered glass rocks. The table fits perfectly inside the "L-shaped" area made by my chaise sofa, so everyone can reach the table so set down their drinks no matter where they're sitting on the couch. In fewer words, the table is study and of a reasonable size and height.Also, I love the sleek look of this table. It reminds me a little of the smoked glass tables my chic aunt owned in the 80s. Does this mean I'm into 80s throwback decor? Hmm. No matter your design preferences this table would incorporate well into a variety of settings.The delivery box is heavy and takes up a lot of space since it the table is packed securely with a lot of thick styrofoam. Get a friend or family member to help you move it inside and unpack it so you don't throw out your back. Maybe if you provide pizza and drinks they'll even stay to help you cut down the cardboard box and dispose of the styrofoam!It's a great table at a good price. Recommended.
