Purchased this fan to keep electric bill low this summer. The instructions are extremely tiny but the fan base is easy to install. Once I stood back and looked at the picture, it took 10 minutes to assemble. Unlike other reviews, my fan is not quiet. On sleep mode it is super quiet and then revs up very loud. It is very tall and the air it puts out cannot be beat. I love the remote control and it works well. However, the remote is tiny, cheaply made and lightweight. I still keep it in the little zip lock bag that it arrived in because I worry that the lettering will rub off. I'm happy because I can sit across the room and turn the fan on/off. All said, it's one of the best tower oscillating fans that I have used. Fingers crossed that it will last a long time.

Looks good, but base is small for unit
It works well with or without remote so far (2 days) and it looks really nice. It was very easy to assemble. However, the supporting base is too small for the high and lanky unit. It would be a problem with animals and children in the home. I'm keeping it nevertheless b/c for my purpose it works! I use it in a corner to help circulate the air conditioner air from another room by strategically placing fans to cool my kitchen in an unusually divided apartment with an L-shaped kitchen. Works out great! But not great if it is placed in an open area. It might tip over.

Longest Lasting Fan I Have Ever Owned
The best tower fan I've owned. With this summer heat I've been buying fans back to back because they kept breaking, but this one is ridiculously easy to clean which helps it work better.I stick a clean 2" paint brush in the front and back fan vents of the fan while it's on low to clean all of the dust out. Works like a charm!

Good value and good product
I love it. It's fairly powerful when it comes to flow, could be stronger. Its not silent, after reading reviews I notice that is what people are focused on. It sounds like a fan haha. It had 3 settings, normal, nature and sleep. It is super easy to put together and keeps me cool in the summer months. Good bang for your buck. The remote is odd, looks like it was cheaply made, but works. The fan itself doesnt have a clear place to hold the remote so plan ahead and keep track of the remote.

Terrible customer service! I tried to order a replacement base, and was told they do not sell replacement parts. I was told this is made in China, and I should contact someone in the US for a replacement part, but they can not tell me who to contact. What a run around. This product is made in China, if you require a replacement part they do not sell!

Best thing about the is the price you get so much value for your money
I wasn't really too sure when I bought this for my mother. But then when I put the stand together plugged it in it was the most quiet slickest tower fan that I've ever had. The motor is extremely powerful and extremely quiet all you hear is literally the air. You can sleep like a baby with this thing.

I love this fan so much, I bought it twice.
Fan shopping shouldn't be hard, but somehow, it's a challenge. Height? Remote control? Oscillation? Different modes - nature, quiet, etc? This fan has all of the things I was looking for. I bought it about two years ago and the motor started to go out and didn't work on the low setting - I'm a constant fan person, I use mine a lot. I bought a new one and moved the old one to the living room. I think with it not being in use so much, it has come back to life, somewhat. The low setting still works and I use it from time to time. But honestly, for how tall this fan is and how powerfully it pushes air out and around, you can't beat the price. I bought a fan from Target that was the same price and about 20% shorter and the settings were awful. That fan's high setting was comparable to Costway's medium setting. I am very pleased with this fan, so I figured why not just buy it again? Assembly is also easy - the base screws on easily and presto - all done!
