When i got the tree, The top half wouldn't light up. I sent in a request for assistance and the response time was within 30 min. They diagnosed my issue and the problem was solved. The tree works as advertized.

Beautiful little tree. We added a string of red lights and really kicked it up a notch. It does make a pretty big mess while setting it up and I'm guessing the same will be true when taking it down but we own a vacuum cleaner (not trying to brag but we're doing ok) so it's not a huge deal. We love it. It's a great 2nd tree for our living room with the main tree in the great room (again, not bragging).
