    didn't buy this table to place behind my reclining sofa, as that wouldn't have been a good placement. I originally planned to put it in the dining room by the window, but it was so long that it looked a bit odd there. My husband suggested trying it behind the headboard, and it turned out to be the perfect spot. Now, it gives me plenty of space for my evening water glass, a cute alarm clock, and my phone. The built-in light is a bonus—it doubles as a soft nightlight, which I love. It may not have lived up to its "intended" purpose, but it's become a very practical and cozy addition to our bedroom.
