I purchased in April 2020 however we just installed the unit and we are very please with it. The unit had the perfect dimensions for my fireplace, an absolute fit. Its a good buy for sure.

So happy with our new heater fireplace，warming up our family room, the fire so bright and the flames look so really. Spending sometime to put into my family room, but really worth, the remote is to use. Will recommend this to my family and friend.

This is a outstanding fire place!!!

My dad bought this electric fireplace about 7 weeks ago and better than I expected. There are very good directions that are easy to follow to help me intall this. The dimensions of this are just perfect for my living room. It heats very well. There is very nice remote comes with is too. The flame looks very realistic. There are also many different heat settings. I think quality of this fire place is outstanding.

Amazing!!! No more wood fire

This eletric fire place is amazing. we had it almost a month and looks work perfect. Especially when you see it at night after the lights all turn off. it make you feel warm with the fire right away. you also can change the color of fire and adjust the fire level too. I have to say it work much better than the wood fire place we used to use in the winter. safe and clean. it's very easy to set up and come with a small remote control. i can control it when i sitting on my comfortable and warm sofa. It is Amazing product!!!

Love it!

We love it. I wish the cord was a little longer to plug it in, but otherwise, we are so happy we bought it. It keeps the room warm and fit into our fireplace opening perfectly. We are happy with it!

For size of our fireplace this perfect, we didn't brought this for the heat but for the beauty. My wife and I love it, specially with the different flame color. Thank you.

Very nice for the price

For the price its nice but the remote is pretty crappy

Love the pretty colors of the flame and logs.

We were able to insert this into our existing wood burning fireplace. We got the 30 inch insert and it fit fairly well in the opening. We are able to use this instead of carrying wood into the house. It looks pretty with 5 different colors changing and logs changing colors. We can use it with or without heat. Very pleased with our purchase,

Good heat

So far so good. It kicks out a good heat. Currently setup in my basement which can get drafty and this stops that from happening and has kept the room warm. No setup needed other than plugging it in. I love it.

Just what we were looking for!

It's a beautiful insert, and it fit our fireplace perfectly. We needed something safe enough for our grandchildren, that would look like a real fire. This beauty delivers.

The fireplace is fascinating and amazing!

 By far the best looking fireplace is close to its price. Many of these electric devices are much larger than fire displays. And this is the case with this device - but when it is turned on. It looks very, very good. It produces a nice size. It has 12 flame colors and 12 flame bed colors to choose from. It is decorated with crystal glass. A realistic flame will give you a visual experience of the batter. Very realistic flame effect. Before I got this. I have seen the fireplace for less than a year. He is very safe. There is no real flame. No gas is required. Ethanol. Nothing is needed. In the first few nights. I will see it from the corner of my eye. Instinctively turned to look at it (I have never had a fireplace). It takes me a second to tell myself that it is not a real flame. I have a few months of fireplace display almost every day. I make good use of heat. But it will make the room hot - although it takes a while. As a second heat source, it does help to warm up a small/medium room.

Very colorful and natural looking fireplace

I like this electric fireplace a lot. It was very easy to set up and to use. It heats up the room very quickly and it is very quiet. I have used similar units in the past and they have had a funny smell, this one is oderless. Another great feature is the bright colors. The look of the fireplace is very pleasing.
