Cute and sturdy
Excellent value for money. Sturdy and lovely, and the chair is wide enough for my big butt! It's only been a year since I needed to replace the cushion.
I gave 5 stars because of the customer service
very honest review. My item was damaged, but I think the damage may have occurred during shipping. A large section of the box was ripped open. Everything else appeared intact, however. However, when I tried to assemble the first chair, it was severely warped. Because of this, I couldn't get all the screws in. It took a long time to assemble, as none of the parts lined up correctly. After I finally got it together, the chair was wobbly because the frame was warped. I love the furniture and the color, but everything except the frame is plastic. The frame is a very sturdy metal. I don't think plastic would last long, especially in the sun. I did request a refund because the chair was so warped. I didn't even bother to assemble the rest of the chair. The customer service was excellent. The company ultimately refunded me without any hassle. My only complaint is... it's a little small. It sits a little low to the ground, which makes it uncomfortable, haha.
