Overall: I am very happy with this patio table and chair set. It looks fantastic, fits my decor, and is the perfect size for a medium-sized apartment balcony. Pros: + Very sturdy + Well designed + Modern design + Arrived earlier than expected + Great customer service Cons: - Chairs are slightly narrow, but still comfortable (personally wish they were an inch or two wider) - Build quality is hit or miss (read customer service notes) Customer Service Note: This set arrived with a large dent in the seat button area, a medium scratch in the seat back area, two missing washers, and a non-functional hex bolt. I reported these issues to customer support via email and attached photos. I received a response from Rita almost immediately saying that replacement parts were on their way. They actually shipped immediately, arrived within three days, and were in mint condition. I dread dealing with most customer support centers, but Rita at AlphaMarts (the brand/selling company for Phi Villa) exceeded my expectations. So if you find something you love in their products, I have no doubt you can buy with confidence that they will ship/fix any issues that don't meet your expectations immediately. I think manufacturing issues are common with OEM furniture. I can't blame AlphaMarts because this furniture is made in China and it's unreasonable for them to open every box that comes from China and inspect everything, especially knowing that the boxes/tapes are essentially designed to self-destruct when the tape is removed/opened.
