Inexpensive and great product
I was absolutely blown away by how well this little evaporative Cooler worked and on high it only pulls 41 watts great for RV or van builds also off-grid needless to say, if the room is 90 -100 degrees it will not cool the room down more than 5 degrees but works great a night when sleeping and on high it only pulls 41 watts great for RV or van builds also off-grid Have to update! the water pump stopped working and called Costway for a replacement pump "Sara" asked me to take a video of it not working and email it which I did and 2 days later a NEW Evaporative Cooler SHOWED UP FOR FREE! Costway has amazing customer service and products!

There is no way to add the frozen ice boxes to the bottom water tank as noted in the instruction manual. The only way to add the cold water is via the top water tank so why do the directions state that the frozen ice boxes can be put in the bottom water tank that can never be accessed? What a waste of money. It does not cool either. The user's manual for the unit I own is Costway Unit ES10011US-WH.....Ms. Kit [email protected].Q:Does the lower water tank pull out?
