The bookshelf looks exactly as shown in the pictures. It is very sturdy once assembled. I strongly recommend using wall anchors depending on how "flush" the bookshelf is to the wall.

The included assembly tools were better quality than expected. Having a power drill would make it easier, but it's not necessary. Assembly took several hours. Although my husband is an engineer, he still had to consult the instructions, but watching the videos and studying the instructions is essential. I'm very happy with the product quality and price. It's very stable and looks great. The size is perfect for a small space. I bought the four-layer version.

Super cute and sturdy. I bought the wood version, but because I thought it was too much wood, I spray-painted the shelves white. I assembled it myself and ended up not using one of the shelves. It rotates very smoothly. My only "little quibble" is that it doesn't come with anything to cover the screw holes. Since I painted the shelves myself, it shouldn't be a problem for me, but I know others might.
