Love it!

Love this insert, very easy to run and looks beautiful. Nice heat output, love we can run it without heat. Just looks so nice. I built my own piece of furniture to hold it.

Great for our needs

Arrived well packaged. The fire place illuminates 3 different colors beautifully. We find it very comfortable set at 72 for our 10×24 inch room. Only thing, when we first got it we thought remote did not work but nothing was wrong with it. There is actually more controls below the fireplace hidden behide a cover with a pull to open. That is where the on switch is located. Lol

THE THERMOSTAT FOR HIGH HEAT DOES NOT WORK. IT NEVER GOES OFF THE LOW HEAT WORKS FINE.

IT IS UNSAFE TO USE THE HIGH HEAT AS IT WILL NOT TURN OFF. AN EXAMPLE THE TEMP SET AT 68 THE ROOM WILL GET TO THE HIGH 70S AND THE UNIT WILL NOT TURN OFF. THE UNIT IS VERY ATTRACTIVE AND THE COLORS ARE GREAT BUT I AM AFRAID TO USE IT OVERNIGHT WHEN THE TMP IS LOW HERE

Looks great! Easy to install. We added this fireplace in our basement tv wall. Haven’t tested out the heat output yet because our basement isn’t done. But so far I love the look.

Love my new fireplace heater!!

This fireplace is really attractive and looks great mounted on wall with my big screen tv. The rocks and flames can be on display whether or not heat is on. Lights change colors and becomes quite a conversation piece. It heats up quickly and is more than enough for my 300 sq ft family room. Install was quick and easy.

Great value and very attractive unit.

Bought this fireplace for our Travel Trailer for auxiliary heat to save on propane, and it is what it says it is. A very attractive unit that just plugs right in out of the box. I am impressed with how cool the back and sides were after running in high heat for a few hours. Feel very safe using this in our travel trailer.

Nice but tricky to operate.

Esthetically, this is a beautiful insert however, the remote is very difficult to operate. It takes several attempts to get each button to work. It puts out a fair amount of heat but nothing spectacular. Overall, it’s a nice purchase but pack your patience and make sure you have an additional heat source.
