This completely exceeded my expectations. It looks incredibly realistic and has two heating modes: high and low. It defaults to high heat upon startup. Pressing the heating button again switches to low heat. Pressing it again starts a countdown from 59 to 0. During the countdown, it emits heat. After the countdown ends, the machine stops heating, leaving only the flame, no longer producing heat. That's how I usually use it—not for heating, just to create ambiance. It's worth mentioning that this machine is placed on the fireplace mantle, so its slightly higher position looks better than if it were placed at the bottom of the fireplace.

I bought this 26-inch fireplace, but I didn't expect it to get this hot—I only bought it because watching the flames is relaxing. So I was pleasantly surprised that it actually gets hot. Installing the legs was a little tricky because the screws are small, but I quickly got it installed by aligning them with a flashlight. This morning, the temperature in my living room was 57 degrees Fahrenheit, and an hour later it rose to 62 degrees Fahrenheit. It's worth noting that my living room is open-plan, connected to the study and kitchen, without doors, so the space is quite large. I highly recommend this wonderful little fireplace.
