Working very well
I waited a few months to give our unit a good run. I have been very impressed. It's quiet, cools well and heats well. We have a well insulated Barndominium that I built and it has performed excellent. Today, 01/26/2026 it is 15 degrees with a wind chill below zero and it's doing great. 1600 square ft and our only heat source at the moment. Our unit is in the living area with a vaulted ceiling, using ceiling fan to circulate air and a stand fan to blow air into rooms.

Absolute garbage. It runs our 32 refrigerant, which is absolutely impossible to either buy or get a technician to work on.;With the money I’ve spent on trying to get the refrigerant for this unit, it would’ve been cheaper to throw this thing in the garbage and buy a complete new one.;Additionally, the brand name on the one I got is Cost Way, so just some random unit that was substituted for the one I actually ordered.;Unfortunately for me, I bought it during prime days and stored it for four months before I installed it so I’m stuck with it.

I’m very pleased with this air conditioning system. I had professionals installed it. It is a quality product. The unit is very quiet and does a fantastic job. I bought another brand and had so many issues with it. This will be the only I purchase for future installs.
