Heat plus the flames with white crystals
I am pleased with the fireplace insert. My son put it in. It seemed easy enough to put it in. The heater has a 30 minute timer, plus other levels to turn on for cold levels. I love the white crystals on the bottom and the 3 different colors to choose from. It looks calming and delicate. It puts you in a relaxing mood. The price was real reasonable too. For now I recommend purchasing it.
Good Design; Could Be Quieter
I like the sleek design of this fireplace, and it fits well in my living room. However, I wish the operation was quieter. It's not overly loud, but I can still hear it while watching TV. Overall, it's fine but has room for improvement.
Decent But Not What I Hoped For
The fireplace insert works okay, but I expected a bit more from it. The flame colors are nice, but changing the brightness can be tricky. It gets the job done but doesn't wow me like I thought it would.
Delivery Issues Ruined Experience
