Not the best interface, control panel.
Worked very well, the instructions weren’t the best. I can’t say it’s user friendly, You have to work with the interface a couple of time to get used to it. The manual isn’t that clear, but once it’s working it’s on the money. This steamer is great at heating up. I took off one star for the interface.

HEATS UP, STEAMS UP QUICKLY...??
This steamer is a beast as far as heating up quickly. Plenty of room and steam for 1-6 people. I like it already. I will update this review in about 4-6 months on durability and usage. Healthier way for my family and I to eat. See some of my photos.

Great steamer
I love this steamer! I love steamer various vegetables using one tier or all 3,but the thing that amazed me was the most perfect boiled egg that l have ever made with it. I will never boil an egg again! It is versatile, easy to clean, stores effciciently and does a great job. 2 thumbs up !!

it does a real nice job of steaming our veggies. It is easy to clean. what I don't like is the controls on it. Why can't they just be simple. Having a clock on a steamer makes no sense to me. I like it to be simple. set your time and turn it on.
