Living in the Midwest, we need a system that can handle both scorching summers and freezing winters. This unit delivers! It cooled our home effortlessly at 125°F and kept us warm during a -4°F cold snap. The auto-defrost feature prevented icing, and the R454B refrigerant is a eco-friendly bonus. The 5-year warranty on parts and compressor gave us peace of mind. Though professional installation is a must, it’s worth every penny for year-round reliability.
Flexible Installation
Our basement layout made HVAC installation tricky, but the multi-position air handler solved everything—it mounted horizontally without issues. The compatibility with RS485/24V communication allows us to integrate it with our smart thermostat for remote monitoring. The variable speed compressor avoids sudden temperature swings, and the Energy Star certification ensures efficiency. Only reason for 4 stars: the communication module isn’t included, so factor that into your budget. Still, an outstanding system!
