Most buyers praised the shower chair's sturdy build, easy assembly, and safety features like armrests and non-slip legs. It fits well in standard tubs and is valued for stability and comfort, though some noted limited height adjustability and occasional fit issues in narrow tubs. Overall, users found it practical, durable, and a good value for aiding mobility and recovery.
I cannot believe how nice this bench is! The wood is beautiful and solid. It was easy to assemble. I applied some teak oil because I can tell this bench will be around for a long time.
Works great. I use this small stool after my hip replacement. 19" is the perfect height. Even if I want to stand up from the stool, I can use my hands and good foot. No armrests needed. Also, I received the stool the same day I ordered it. Very very happy.
The results were excellent. I tried several different heights.
My husband has multiple broken ankles. This chair has been a huge help, especially the bracket that holds the shower head.
This shower chair is very easy to assemble, no tools required. Just a few long screws (hand-tighten) to attach the legs and back, and the arms just snap into place. No bolts, no screwdrivers, no fuss. I got the screws in just fine, though they were a little tight, but a friend helped out a bit. If you have arthritis, it might take a little more effort, but it’s totally doable. Sturdy, non-slip, and safe. The wide feet have thick rubber pads to keep it firmly in place, but I still use a bath mat for added security. The hard plastic seat isn’t the most comfortable (I ordered a waterproof cushion from costway), and I wish the seat was slightly curved instead of flat, but that seems to be hard to find in shower chairs. Most importantly, I felt very safe using it. It’s rock solid and won’t wobble, tip over, or collapse. The arms are great for stability when standing, and the height is just right (not adjustable, but perfect for my small bathtub). If you need a simple, reliable shower chair, this is it—just bring a cushion for extra comfort.
