Assembly was very simple and no tools were required. It glides smoothly and the seat can be rotated in any direction. The rotating handle is a little problematic but not enough to not give it a 5 star rating. The shower is safe to enter without stepping over a ledge. The chair comes with accessories that allow you to hang the hand shower on the chair to avoid getting wet while assisting. This is a game changer for family members with limited mobility. It is well constructed and durable. I am very impressed with the quality of the product.

This chair has been a real help for my elderly mother. It is stable and secure, with a wide seat and a firm back support. The height is easily adjustable without tools, so we can adjust it to the right height for our preference. The rubber feet give it a firm grip on the tub and keep it stable even on wet floors. It is lightweight and portable, yet durable and reassuring. Simple, practical and reliable.

We have used the shower chair a few times now. It allows me to easily help my 79 year old mother get in and out of the tub shower in our tiny bathroom - which has been quite a challenge since she moved in. It definitely saves your back! The swivel and slide levers on the chair work great - great design.

I donated it to the treatment center to give to the next patient. If you are going to have a hip replacement, this is definitely a quality product to have.
