Great purchase!
Sturdy and looks great in our garden!
High quality and sturdy.
The pergola is of great quality and very sturdy. I am a 63 year old female and assembled it myself in about an hour. I helped with the mortar and also did the final installation. I plan to use a sealant to protect the wood. It adds a lot of beauty to the garden.
Just what I needed, a long-rotten
Arrived as described. Easy to install, all parts included, perfect fit. Instructions are of good quality, same as the previous product from another company that I used for several years.
Inspect all parts upon receipt
Double check all parts before assembly. Overall the product is fine but their customer service is terrible. They won't even respond if you follow the instructions on the paperwork, let alone replace broken parts. I ended up making a replacement bracket myself to complete the installation.
