High-quality materials. It arrived faster than quoted (two days instead of the week) and was easy to assemble. My chubby cat loves it. It's sturdy enough that I didn't attach it to the wall before, and I probably won't need to now. The cat prefers the floor more than my baby, so we're all happy now, except the baby doesn't scare the cat anymore.

The perfect pink color. It looks sturdy after being secured to the wall with the straps. The bed is tall and large, and the plush is wonderful. The hammock is also perfect, and my cat loves it. My other cat also loves the cupboard bed above.

I'm 65 years old and have three cats. Honestly, this cat tree was incredibly difficult for me to put together. My cats wanted to know what I was doing at every step, and they kept me laughing the entire time. I'd just finished the first hiding spot when it found its first occupant within a minute, and I wasn't even finished yet. With each layer, another cat would hop up to take a look. I had to stop and let them see before I could continue. Finally, I finished it, and it's been a real eye-catcher ever since. If you're looking for a cat tree, this one far exceeded my expectations. The design is incredibly thoughtful and sturdy, but don't be fooled by the low price. I had to lug it into the house; the box was too heavy! Every piece is well-made, and safety is taken into consideration. The only downside I can think of is that the fabric could be thicker, which I might need to evaluate further. However, I'm very satisfied with this product. Five stars, and if that option were available, I'd give it a perfect 10.

My cat fell in love with it right away! She's also used a scratching post. It's a bit tricky to assemble, but all the gaps are hidden by the platform. All in all, it's been great for our cat!

The shipping and packaging were excellent. It was easy to assemble and securely fastened to the wall with straps. It was at the perfect height, providing ample room for the cat to move around.
