Working very well
I waited a few months to give our unit a good run. I have been very impressed. It's quiet, cools well and heats well. We have a well insulated Barndominium that I built and it has performed excellent. Today, 01/26/2026 it is 15 degrees with a wind chill below zero and it's doing great. 1600 square ft and our only heat source at the moment. Our unit is in the living area with a vaulted ceiling, using ceiling fan to circulate air and a stand fan to blow air into rooms.

Absolute garbage. It runs our 32 refrigerant, which is absolutely impossible to either buy or get a technician to work on.;With the money I’ve spent on trying to get the refrigerant for this unit, it would’ve been cheaper to throw this thing in the garbage and buy a complete new one.;Additionally, the brand name on the one I got is Cost Way, so just some random unit that was substituted for the one I actually ordered.;Unfortunately for me, I bought it during prime days and stored it for four months before I installed it so I’m stuck with it.

Hello, its winter here in Chicago. If I put my remote on Auto mode will it shut off when hits the factory heat temp of 68 degrees. Or will continue to run all day. I'm thinking when the system sees the room hits the target 68 degrees it shutsu off. Than turns back on once it goes under 68 degrees. Is this accurate? Thanks

You need to buy extended pipeline sets and lines by yourself, and if the copper pipes need to be extended, refrigerant needs to be replenished. Every 1m pipe needs to replenish 30g refrigerant, and it is not recommended to extend them too long. Generally, 3-5m is better, as too long will result in insufficient capacity and affect the cooling effect.
