This unit is great when you lose power and have to survive using your generator!
I have 3 of these units in my home. When the power from PSE fails due to a problem causing an Outtage for our area they keep us warm. The lights in our home stay on we have hot water and our entertainment center is operational during our sometimes 3 day PSE power outtage. These units draw very little power when they heat or cool. My 50 amp Westinghouse Generator can power everything in my home thanks to the low Amp draw from these CostWay 15,000 btu Heat Pumps. Our home is always comfortable and warm even when we have a PSE Winter power Outtage. This is an honest review!

Working good
I recently purchased this Air Conditioner and I am extremely impressed with its performance. It comes with a remote control and also has an app Control option, making it easy to adjust the temperature and settings from anywhere in the room. The window kit that comes with the unit is also easy to install, and the timer ensures that the unit runs only when it is needed, saving energy and reducing operating costs. The air conditioner is also surprisingly quiet and It effectively cools down my room in a matter of minutes and keeps the temperature consistent throughout the day. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the Air Conditioner. It is an excellent value for the price

Tried top only and that was a fail. But if connect bottom only will top fill up as well and have to drain separately. also when heat is on fan is noiser than with cool. Seems to have extra "rattle".
