Actually very well made, and excellent quality considering the price point. These retractable awnings can be 10x the price. Yes there are numerous components which need assembling, but everything makes sense once you see how it should work. The fabric is not as high quality as more expensive awnings, but that’s to be expected. This product exceeded my expectations for the price. If you want a decent awning, that looks nice, and don’t want to spend big money, this is a great choice.

This is the second one I bought

We all like the balcony space on the second floor and placed an outdoor umbrella there. It is quite fun place particular during the hot outdoor watermelon hours. However, the umbrella is blown away or broken again and again with only the base left. Then we decided to turn to permanent infrastructures like this canopy. With some handy work experience and electric tools, the installation is just a piece of cake. Most time is spent on determining the height and position to place it. We tested a few times and it operates very smoothly. Then is the time to enjoy, with a super sweet watermelon. My girl now occupied the area as her Kindle Palace. And that is it since no one else argues.
