Bluetooth malfunction

My son loves this car we purchased for him on Christmas. My husband had no issues installing it. However, after just a couple of uses the Bluetooth went completely out. I asked for technical support and they couldn't get me a tech. Then they offered me 80 dollars to get it fixed and I declined because who knows what the actual cost would be to fix it. Then I asked if they may send us another one and tand we can send this one back? They insisted to send me my full refund, and at the end of the message. The lady said now maybe you can hire maintenance to fit it. I would never purchase from them again.

Very cute, kind of smaller then expected..

Bought this for my nephew who just turned 1, he is fairly smaller then the average one year old. I was expecting him to be able to us for a few years but he is fitting inside perfectly right now so he will probably only be able to use for another year. The car is very cute though so that was a plus! Safe to say I bought the best gift (:
