I bought two of the TY567903 Jeeps. One arrived damaged and without all of the correct parts and neither of them will work after I charged them. There is a loose red wire with a connector of the end. I am wondering if this is the reason why neither of them will charge or work. There is no technical support number or schematic of the wiring of the battery. This has not been a good experience and I need help as these items were supposed to be Christmas gifts for my grandchildern
