The motors on the excavator work in opposite directions regardless of what side they are on. One goes forward and one goes backward. What can be done?

I have the motors installed correctly. "R" motor is on the right side and "L" is on the left side. One motor spins forward and one motor spins backward. The truck won't move because the wheels spin in opposite directions. What do I need to do?
A:
You can take the motor off and swap it, there are two possible reasons for this, 1. the factory motor on the L, R paste reverse. 2. the customer will be the body left, right reverse, what we call left and right, is to sit on the seat before the head facing.

It does not matter what side the motors are on. I have swapped them from side to side and one wheel always spins forward and one always spins backward. I think one motor has the wrong sticker and I have two R motors or two L motors.
