Remote control was broken

The truck overall is great it was easy to put together and exactly what I wanted for my sons first birthday unfortunately the remote control was faulty and after contacting the seller they won’t be able to ship a new remote for 4-5 weeks which sucks because I won’t be able to have it in time for my son’s first birthday party. We would have to personally hold onto the foot pedal which is inconvenient and uncomfortable.

1.Confirm whether the battery power is sufficient; 2.Confirm whether the switch that controls the rear bucket is abnormal, remove the switch with a screwdriver, pull it out and insert it in another direction. 3.If it still cannot be used after investigation, it may be a problem with the motor..

The wires must be crossed because forward is reverse and reverse is forward He drove it backwards (thinking it was forward) into a tree!

1.Pls check whether the motor with markL is installed in the left of the car. And the the motor with markR is installed at right side correctly. If not, pls change them and re-install them. 2. If the motors are installed right, then pls pull off the forward-backward turn, and then exchange the inserts in the first place and the third place, then have a try again, can that work for that then? .
