A huge upgrade from my last portable AC unit!
I recently got a portable AC unit for my place that was great but wanted something a bit more powerful! I moved over my old one to a smaller room and got this bad boy. I have to say that this has been a lifesaver this summer. It cools down my room super fast, and I love that I can easily move it around easily. Setting it up was a breeze, and the controls are simple to use. Plus, it\'s not as loud as I expected for something so powerful, which is great when I\'m trying to sleep. All in all, it\'s been a great addition to my home, keeping me cool and comfortable.

Little louder than anticipated but GREAT
Our basement tends to be on the colder side in the winter and hotter side in the summer due to where the vents are and poor insulation. This seems like the perfect solution I’ll update when we have had a chance to use it more but initial few days have been promising, allowing us to snuggle in blankets as we watch movies instead of needing to turn a fan on to keep from sweating! A little louder than I thought it would be but for what it does to cool the basement it is a win in my book and would recommend. Will update when we try the heat, but in a short test we did when we first got it it seemed to put out some good heat.

5-Star 12000 bpu Portable AC/Heater
This product seems to be very well-made and works great right out of the box. Have used it so far during two storm-caused power outages powered by my 3600 watt Ecoflow Delta Pro. Cooled 400 sf bedroom very well on two different hot summer nights for several hours. Haven\'t had to use the heater yet but it does put out heat in a test. For both heat and ac operations the outflow vent oscillates for better air movement. I highly recommend this unit!
