I’m very happy with my three split units, even though I initially had an issue with FedEx. I needed a unit for the Chicago seasons. I just purchased this unit on BlackFriday and it has already got to 5° outside. This 12,000 btu unit packs a punch. I only use it for a bonus 12x12 room and the heat is amazing and makes the room comfortable. Easy install, only took 6hrs from a professional because a 230V had to be wired. Purchased the wall mount and cover to protect unit from the snow and insects. Fastest shipping ever from Costway! Wifi and app for Android is awesome!Can't wait to test the A/C part in the summer!

Great unit!!
I purchased 2 energy star rated units. 1 through Amazon and the other directly from Costway. Both units were easy to install, I vacuumed the lines, tested, and charged them. NO problems. Line sets fit perfect. They are12k and 17 k, BTU splits. I had to extend both supplied cords for each split set up. Easy to solder 4 wire extension on and heat shrink.

The PA error code stops the unit. When powered off the unit works but the error code returns and turns off the unit. You have to turn off and turn on to get any results. Then you have to go through this process again and again. Why is this doing this? There is no reference in any manual about this.

For the first time connecting to the Wi-Fi, you need to press the "Health" button on the remote control eight times consecutively. After hearing two beeps from the buzzer, you can proceed with the Wi-Fi connection.
