We have purchased electric toy car(12v licensed Maserati Gblili) from Amazon as a gift for my little nephew around Christmas time. They only recently used it a few times. However, one of the wheels has fall off the electric toy car(they were lucky that my little nephew did not have any accident.). This toy vehicle had a manufacture defect on the wheel will cause the rim to fall off and the nut slides off as well. The nut of the wheel may not be tightened. There are two plastic wrenches in the screw bag, please use the two wrenches to tighten the nut at both sides to check whether the wheel is stuck in place.

Please check whether the battery cable under the seat cushion is connected. This car is automatically powered off when it is charging. If it has been connected and charged for 8 hours and cannot be turned on, replace the fuse in the body line; the fuse has a spare, located under the seat cushion.

Please turn the car over and see if the steering motor is broken. Please check whether the car can steer left and right without driving.

The car will go in reverse using the pedal, but it will not go forward. I’m not sure if the problem is in the selector switch (forward/reverse) or on the motherboard, but the only way it will go forward is using the remote.

Please remove the forward and backward switch(see attached) and turn 180° to install it. If the item can go forwards after the switch is installed reversely, the switch is defective..
